the last day...
DJ YUEYfinally...the last day is here. yup..this time tomorrow i will be back in adelaide! hard to put into words the feeling...mixed up. happy im finally gonna see wai yan..but yeah...sorta sad. its been a fun and fulfilling 2 years in singapore..better than i could have ever imagined. im going back to adelaide as a different person and i dont reli kno wat its gonna be like. im so settled here as it is. so to staying in dis shophouse...the food..the weather..the people...it even feels so damn weird being out of da army. blah... i think im making too big a deal out of it tho. somewhere inside me i have this feeling that afta a few weeks back in adelaide ill probably wanna stay there..heh
well...the last few days were tiring...fri had a final zouk session wit gordon, ben and alan which was great. feels like zouk went full circle..as in da last few times ive been wit so many diff ppl and weird shit always happens. dis time it was jus us and da music...and da drinks. heh. these days dun like drinking so much cuz its reli been screwing up my body but on occassion its alrite. on fri it was fun tho. great house music and some good, clean fun.
sat morning played soccer and got mofo sunburnt in da process. will miss street soccer here! my team was undefeated ho ho. and i sorta busted my wrist making a save. everytime i put pressure on my right hand i can feel it and hear somethin click... hopefully da guys play street soccer in adelaide, altho last time i was there they played mainly pitch...which i like as well...err..yeah i guess pitch will do!
after soccer headed to amir's house for lunch...amir is a good pal and i was happy to go there for one last 'traditional indian lunch'. his mums cooking rocks! and they gave me a box of cookies as well. thanks a lot mrs amirali. haha.
was supposed to go meet my bmt frens afterwards but i re scheduled cuz i reli needed some sleep. headed home for a few hours before ben and ann came to kidnap me. seriously. i had a laundry bag put over my head and it wasn't remoevd until we reached sentosa! in typical fashion ann gave it away tho. it was supposed to be a surprise...then ann said on the way 'dun worry i think u can buy cameras on sentosa' or sth like dat. ha ha ha. nice one girl! thanks for da gathering guys. altho i think ben wasn't happy cuz it didn't turn out d way he wanted. but its da thot dat counts! throwing a party wit all diff. sorts of ppl is not easy..theres plenty of dynamics to think abt. unfortunately man u lost 1-0 to liverpool dat nite. FUCK LA. at least thye ren got drunk. afta most ppl dispersed martin, ann and i went for a swim and supper at geylang..while ben slept at sentosa. martin went home and me and ann returned 2 sentosa around 4am but couldn't sleep da whole nite so jus ended up talkin til about 10. then we went for breakfast even tho we were all so stoned it wasn't funny. da waitress had freakin ADD! she was reli hypo and jus plain weird...lol. afta dat went back 2 da room and watched housewives til da dvd started skipping and keith turned up to ferry us home..thanks dude. forgot to meet laurence dat nite. well didn't reli forget but had no time.. its been a blast dude! c ya soon.
well, at least ann could go home and sleep. i had to go to church..which is NOT a bad thing but it seemed dat way afta 4 hours sleep in da last 48.. had to postpone wit my bmt frens again cuz i mixed up my schedule..blah..my bad. afta church met up wit liza and cheryl for a bit. then..i couldn't take it nemore...cancelled wit da bmt group. was about to drop dead. went home and slept from 530pm until NOW which is like 630am da next day...monday..and ocmpletely missed an appt wit lester and shiyun! damn it. blah..i needed dat sleep. at least now i have energy for one more day. of packing.
