MIA for nearly a week!!
DJ YUEYbeen awhile since my last post...jus haven't reli felt like it...and actually i reli dun feel like posting anything now. so WHY am i writing? i dont know!
i guess im at that stage that every young adult reaches around this age. i just dont know what to do with my life. now ive got less than a month left here. its a sucky feeling... im sorta in a routine now and in a couple of weeks thats all gonna be shattered.. in 6 weeks ill be studying in uni!! WTF?! i cant imagine studying after 2 years of brainless army work and partying.. law / commerce will be pretty tough im thinking and i reli cant be bothered doing it. to b honest im a bit scared as well. i mean last time i was pretty goot at legal studies and writing in general..but who knows wat 2 years of army did to my brain? for all i know i cant string a sentence together now. i mean look at da quality of english in my blog?! heh. do i even wanna be a lawyer? im not so sure. but i guess i cant imagine being anything else either. i guess lawyer is the best option in the sense that i will hate it the least. and i can bail out my frens who get in trouble wit da law. ho ho. damn...i jus wanna DJ for a living.. if i only i were THAT good.
speaking of DJing...i spun twice last weeks while drunk and played like crap. i nearly threw up listening to myself! but then the other day i tried again while sober..and was relieved to find i COULD still mix.. but yeah..gave me a shock!
im sick of having frens scattered all over the world. wouldn't it jus b nice if everyone lived in one super big city where everyone had an opportunity? so now im gonna leave everyone behind in singapore...jus like how i left everyone behind in adelaide... bollocks. then u think there r ppl in the UK...US...HK..wherever...oh well. think ill come back to singapore every holiday. it feels like my real home now.
even tho im sorta got over gaming in the past 2 years...i decided to buy an xbox 360. haha. saw it running in da store da other day and thought 'DAMN'. its fuckin amazing da graphics these days. and i have this feeling i will b bored shitless in adelaide for the first few months. aside from seeing wai yan every day and catching up wit frens i cant think of nething else compelling to do there. so xbox it is! and i cant DJ in my dads house..which is where ill b staying for da first few months at least. he will die wit da bass. haha.. so yeah..
well...now for da usual update. friday had all the guys over for aldrich's bday. he's a good bloke aldrich...reli genuine guy. he got so fucking piss drunk tho. like reli damn smashed! ive neva seen him abusive b4 but he got pretty abusive..and quite bizarrely was GIVING PEOPLE MONEY while he was drunk. WTF? i hear of ppl getting violent wen they r drunk but who da fuck gives ppl money??!?!! LOL. idiot.. i was asking him to go back into zouk while he was drunk and he said to me 'here take $10 and jus fuck off' lol. so i took da cash of course...but was nice enough to return it today. haahahahahaah. the music was so awesome. real quality funky house man. which is rare.. most DJs play a bit of crap eventually but dis guy was killa all da way.
eveyrone left zouk early but i stayed behind wit my bro. he's goin thru a bit of a tough time right now...girl stuff...so yeah...thot id stay behind and party a bit wit him to cheer him up a bit. wish i could do more. but i have no idea what to do! never reli known him in this sorta situation b4 so im not sure how to react. tried to give him some advice...hope it helped. and ill try 2 see him a bit more...
saturday went to holland v wit adeline, ben, mei qi and don. jus a quiet one at TCC.. vish was supposed to come. i told him NINE. and in usual style he slept until 930...woke up..and instead of coming when he realized he was late...decided to watch soccer at home and turn up at 1130 jus after we all left. HAHAHAHAHAH sori man but u sorta deserve it...a little..hehe.
sunday was supposed to see memoirs of a geisha but ben couldn't make it and out of politeness we didn't want to see it without da big man-girl so postponed until thurs. went wit ben to church tho..oh b4 dat we went to dis jap buffet which was alrite. was so damn tired so jus slept after dat da whole way until evening...so spaced out and tired these days...no energy..must sleep more. naps in da day rock!
today...man...dun even get started...i planned to go MoS on wed...(avid readers will remember i was suppsoed to go LAST wed) and then take leave on thurs and fri. gotta clear leave... but thats not how it panned out. got dropped a few atomic bombs at work...so had to cancel MoS and cant take leave on thurs and fri! FUCK MAN LIFE ROCKS YEAH??!?!?! man...im in slack mode alreayd and work is busier than ever. got a lot of shit to do this week...damn...and my mum is comin on thurs. bollocks...hmmm... oh well. it will be over soon. just live wit it yeah?
but seriously. it sounds like i have a lot of problems but reli i dont. im so lucky to live the life i do...my problems r fabricated by myself. there r so many ppl out there who have problems a lot more real than this. the starving..those in poverty..the terminally ill...those who have lost loved ones...those who r not loved and lonely...they r the ppl who have real reasons to complain... not stupid brats like me. to everyone out there who thinks they have a lousy life..please consider those who are worse off..and appreciate wat u have. those groups of ppl r always in my thoughts and prayers...one day id reli love to help the less fortunate..but hey...dats another post... - dj yuey
